First of all, there should be no national social programs. Social programs are not authorized by the constitution. If the States elect to have social programs, then I would have no problem. States are their own country and should make their own decisions. The federal government has only 17 enumerated powers delegated to them by the States and social programs are not included. The greatest things about being a State citizen, under the Constitution of the United States of America, are the option and the freedom to choose. If you don’t like the laws of one State, move to another and you are still in the United States of America.
Social Security, which is not an entitlement, should be paid in full to all who have paid in at the value of the dollar when paid in. This money was stolen through the federal citizenship deception of the New Deal. The original Constitution of the United States of America did not authorize the federal government to have its own distinct citizens.
